Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular full time and part-time employees
are eligible to accrue PTO each pay period
to be used for holidays, vacation,
and illness. The accrual rate is based on length of
service and hours paid each pay period.
Health and Dental Insurance
AMS subsidizes a major portion of insurance
costs. Employees may select from a variety
of plans and coverage options.
Life Insurance
AMS provides basic life and accidental
death insurance to regular full time
and part-time employees. The employee may also purchase
additional
insurance for himself/herself
and for spouse and dependents.
Retirement
Employees may begin making contributions
to a 401(k) plan immediately. After 1
year of employment, AMS will match an
employee’s contribution
up to 4%. Vesting in the match occurs
at the rate of 20% per year, up to 5
years.
Shift and Weekend Differential
Employees who work evening or night shifts
receive 15% of their base pay as shift
differential. On weekends, employees receive 25% of their base
pay.

Current
Open Positions
Administrative Assistant
Essential duties and responsibilities include
greeting the public, support of the management
team with administrative functions, coordination of office activities,
and serving as the resource person for
spreadsheets and word processing documents. Skills and abilities
include excellent communication skills, keyboard skills of 50 WPM,
and experience with PC/Word, Access, Excel,
and PowerPoint. This position is FT, M-F.
